Professional Video Production

Our pilots and videographers have worked on feature films, VMA nominated music videos, and a variety of educational shows and documentaries for well-known production companies such as National Geographic, PBS, HBO, CNN, NBC Sports, BBC, and many more. The range of camera angles that we can provide with our drones and stabilizing gimbals will magnify your projects' production value.

The Revenant starring leonardo dicaprio

Directed by Alejandro Inarritu, screenplay written by Mark Smith, "THE REVENANT is an immersive and visceral cinematic experience capturing one man's epic adventure of survival and the extraordinary power of the human spirit. In an expedition of the uncharted American wilderness, legendary explorer Hugh Glass (DiCaprio) is brutally attacked by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team."

Keep your eyes peeled for our aerial footage during the waterfall scene! It was captured at Montana's very own Kootenai Falls in Libby.

Check our blog post about our on-location experience:

Released January 8, 2016.

maraUders starring bruce willis

Directed by Steven C. Miller and written by Michael Cody, "When a bank is hit by a brutal heist, all evidence points to the owner and his high-powered clients. But as a group of FBI agents dig deeper into the case - and the deadly heists continue - it becomes clear that a larger conspiracy is at play."

Opening aerial scenes were captured by us in Columbus, Ohio early 2016.

Released August 11, 2016.

Aftermath starring arnold Schwarzenegger

Directed by Elliott Lester from a script by Javier Guillon, Aftermath is based on an airline accident that occurred in July of 2002 and the events that took place 478 days later. Two strangers' lives become inextricably bound together after a devastating plane crash. Inspired by actual events, AFTERMATH tells a story of guilt and revenge after an air traffic controller's (Scoot McNairy) error causes the death of a construction foreman's (Arnold Schwarzenegger) wife and daughter.

We are proud to say that our ALTA hexacopter has safely flown over Arnold Schwarzenegger a few times, and are excited to see where our aerial scenes are integrated- as many of them have Arnold as the subject.

Due to release late 2017 - early 2018.

Jane Fond in Five Acts.jpg

A look at the life, work, activism and controversies of actress and fitness tycoon, Jane Fonda.

"Directed by Susan Lacy, who made the terrific HBO documentary “Spielberg,” the movie presents Jane Fonda as an agent of change who was also rooted, to an extreme and sometimes tormented degree, in the things she was trying to cast off. Much of this was covered in Fonda’s 2005 autobiography, “My Life So Far,” but “Jane Fonda in Five Acts” is one of several documentaries at Sundance (including those on Robin Williams and Joan Jett) that demonstrate the potency of archival footage in ways only a movie can. To see these multiple visions of Fonda, achingly poised and beautiful, though not always ready for her close-up, is to revel in the power of images that can speak countless words."

Written and performed by Chance the Rapper and The Social Experiment, Directed by Austin Vesely and Produced by Phil Koch, Brandon Riley, and Kevin McGrail.

PBS american experience films: Oklahoma city

"Oklahoma City explores how a series of deadly encounters between American citizens and federal law enforcement— including the standoffs at Ruby Ridge and Waco -- led to the bombing of the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City in April 1995, the worst act of domestic terrorism in American history."

Look for our aerials during the topic of Ruby Ridge, as we show the seclusion of the Weaver's old private cabin.

Variety Magazine (april 2016 ISSUE)
"Game of Drones: How to Stay Safe" features interview and photos OF Birds Eye of Big Sky

" Matt Ragan loves telling directors how his drone can follow a car down the street at eye level in a tight shot, like a dolly without rails, then rise into the air like a crane, and soar into the sky like a helicopter. “That seamless transition is something they really eat up,” says Ragan, an entrepreneur who launched Birds Eye of Big Sky, a company that provided drones to scout for “The Revenant,” among other films.
